· Forest School is great for all children but can be particularly beneficial for children who find learning in a school environment difficult, as Forest School techniques appeal to different learning styles.
· Sessions can be integrated into the school day, with curriculum-linked activities to support school topics, or free-standing out-of-school sessions where children can gain practical skills, build environmental awareness, and build confidence. A minimum of six sessions is recommended.
· At Forest school sessions children can to learn how to assess and manage risks safely and practise self reliance.
· Sessions are run by qualified and insured leaders with a wealth of arts and industry background knowledge, fulfilling all FEI criteria.
